Inspire Tennis is please to announce our new Adult Winter Programme!
This programme is broken down into four groups:
Sunday Cardio (10-11am) - this is to run in conjunction with Sunday League on weekends when League isn’t played. Cardio tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout.
Sunday Technical (11-12) - this is also to run in conjunction with Sunday League on weekends when League isn’t played. Technical lessons will be focusing on the strokes, swings and grips that make up our sport.
Saturday Basics (1-2) - this will run in conjunction with Saturday Club Day. Saturday Basics is ideal for the new tennis player or someone who’s returning to tennis after a few years off, we’ll be going over the basics that make up tennis like spin, grips, doubles positioning and scoring.
Dates for Saturday Basics - 4th Aug, 11th Aug, 25th Aug
Tuesday Tennis (12-1) - this will run in conjunction with the Tuesday Tennis morning. The session will mainly focus on doubles strategy, doubles positioning and technique.
Dates for Tuesday Tennis - 31st July, 7th Aug, 14th Aug
The cost per lesson is $20 per person, or you can buy 6 lessons for $100. The dates for lessons will be advertised a couple of weeks in advance, bookings are essential and can be made simply on a sign up sheet in the club rooms or by contacting Reilly directly - firstname.lastname@example.org or 027 422 5448
